Reading Like Living
The Generalitat wants to pay tribute to writer and pedagogue Joan Triadú (1921-2010) with an exhibition at the Palau Robert.
The Generalitat de Catalunya wants to remind Joan Triadú with the itinerant exhibition “Reading Like Living”, in recognition to his career marked by the persistent fight in defense of the catalan identity in an adverse political and social environment, as for his job as an educator.
The exhibition organized by the Generalitat and the foundation Flors i Calcat, wants to show Triadú’s life through his writings from “Memories d’un segle d’or”, a story that combines biographical aspects and memories. The exhibition dedicated to the renowned educator, writer and cultural activists will be held in the Palau Robert from the 18th January until 28th April.
To inaugurate the exhibition, on the 17th January there will be an audiovisual in witch Joan Triadú explains his experiences as pedadogue, educator, activists and writer.
