La Mercè 2014 with more music than ever
Barcelona will offer nearly 90 concerts around the city from 19th to 24th September to celebrate La Mercè 2014.
La Mercè 2014 will have mode music than ever. The party will offer new stages, new styles and new musical proposals so that everyone enjoys this special days.
Barcelona’s Party will offer 89 concerts from 19th to 24th September, betting for new musicians and commercial music at the same time.
The greatest news of this year is the new stage called “Mediterràniament”, that will be located at Bogatell Beach.
The BAM (Barcelona Acció Musical) will take place at the Barcelona’s squares dels Àngels and de Joan Coromines, el Moll de la Fusta and the Antigua Fábrica Damm. Also Fòrum will offer many concerts and the Maria Cristina Avenue (Montjuic).
During this week we will be able to enjoy many different concerts offered by local and international artists:Coriolà, Mishima, Klaxons (at Antigua Fábrica Damm),Fuel Fandango, La Pegatina, NG La Banda, La Iaia XXL con la Cobla Bisbal Jove (Plataforma Marina stage); Fundación Tony Manero (Esplanada stage): Manel, Txarango and La Troba Kung-Fú (Bogatell stage).
At Maria Cristina Avenue there will be the most commercial concerts organized by the local radios of the city: D-Vicio, Projecte Mut, Antonio Orozco, Joan Masdeu, Gerard Quintana, Dani Martín, Amelie, Jordi Ninus, Cybee, Miquel Abras, Buhos, Filipo Landino, Glaucs, Vuit, Lax’n'Busto, Amelie or Vía Límite.
