Cruïlla Barcelona festival returns with a lot of strength one more edition over the 8, 9 and 10 July in the Parc del Forum of Barcelona where some names have already been announced: Alabama Shakes, Damien Rice, Vetusta Morla, Bunbury, Fermin Muguruza & New Orleans Basque Orkestra, Love of Lesbian, 091, Anna Tijoux and Zoo.

This year 16 more artists have been added to the poster. Robert Plant & The Sensational Space Shifters is, undoubtedly, the great name of these confirmations. The former Led Zeppelin will present his latest album, Lullaby… and the Ceasless Roar, for the first time in Spain. Also, Crystal Fighters will rise to the stage to introduce its highly anticipated new work, after two albums that have given them international fame.

The following artists get recognition just with two discs, as well evidenced by the nearly 150 million reproductions of Waiting All Night. We’re talking of Rudimental. In adittion, two women with an incredible stage presence will be protagonists of this edition: the first, Skin, the lead singer of Skunk Anansie, a band that captivates the 90′s and now return after a stop of seven years to present his new album, Anarchytecture. And the second: Chan Marshall, the artist who is behind Cat Power.

Others international bands are the German duo Digitalism, Calexico – Tucson’s will present his new album-, Esperanza Spalding – the author of one of the albums of the year, Emily’s D+Evolution – and the band’s Jazz-Funk Snarky Puppy and Bomba Estéreo.

Along with all these bands coming from all over the world, Cruïlla Barcelona joins 7 more names of national bands in the poster. Chambao, Adrià Puntí, Xoel López, Ramón Mirabet and Animal will play at the festival too.
