Mango has had to slow down the accelerated pace of diversification it is going through. The company led by Isak Andic has decided to halt the launch of its new line of teen clothing called Rebels for the time being. The launch that was set to be one of 2013′s biggest.
“Due to Salvador Vallés’ departure, which was motivated by a personal project, and the coincidence in time with the implementation of other projects that require significant management efforts, MANGO has decided to focus on new lines that are already being developed (MANGO Kids , Sport&Intimates, MANGO Touch and Violeta by MANGO) and concentrate all their efforts on them to ensure that they become successful” reads a statement from the company.
Strong competition and changes within the company have brought Rebels to a halt, although it may see the light of day later on in time.
