For the those who don’t know him, Juanjo is one of the best illustrators of the Barcelona scene, famous for his distinctive style without mincing words and his “neocostumbrista” humour (as we think it should be called).
Throughout his prolific career, Juanjo has drawn for independent magazines like Rock de Lux, Ab or Punto H and also for supposedly serious newspapers such as El Mundo, El Periodico de Catalunya or ARA. He is also the author of several books (Viviendo del cuento; El Arte, conversaciones con mi madre…) and the creator of the animated series Arròs Covat of which we are unconditional fans.
So, as you can imagine, for us it was a great honour to have him collaborating with us on this bag. Thanks Juanjo!
