March and April usually bring hectic days to Passeig de Gràcia’s boutiques. Parties and presentation events start to take their place in the calendar as the Spring-Summer collections start to arrive. It’s the time many have been waiting a whole year for.

On Wednesday 4 April it was Tru Trussardi‘s turn. The prestigious Italian brand that designs luxury fashionware and accessories (which celebrated its centenary in 2011) presented its new offerings for this season with a party in their store at Passeig de Gràcia 67. Much of Barcelona’s high society didn’t miss the chance to be there.

Eslisabetta Arcori, the store manager, and her team presented the in trends, colours and styles for the new season. Two models walked among the attendees and the press to help them get up close and see the collection’s most noteworthy looks.

MUN Catering and Chef Santi Ortiz from the Vapor Gran Hotel in Terrassa took care of the food, while Dj Ultimate Music provided the background music. The team from La Revista Rusa in Barcelona brought a touch of color to the event with a creatively-decorated photo call.
