A catenary sky will cover Paseo de Gracia at Christmas
Emiliana Design Studio has designed the new dynamic and innovative Christmas lighting inspired by the work of Antoni Gaudi.
The Associació Amics del Passeig de Gràcia (APG) has presented at the Fundació Suñol the new Christmas lighting of Paseo de Gracia.
The new design has been created by Emiliana Design Studio, a Barcelona creative studio formed by Ana Mir and Emili Padrós, who have created this project inspired in the elegance of the street.
Inspired by the work of Antoni Gaudi, the studio has created a “catenary sky” which will cover all the street, creating a new visual efect never seen in Barcelona.
During the presentation, Luis Sans, president of the Associació Amics del Passeig de Gràcia, also talked about the unconditional support received from the BCD Barcelona Centre de Disseny and the new project created to convert Paseo de Gracia into a premium street.
