Fundació Suñol presents “Joan Rom E.R.T.”

Until January 25, the Catalan artist exposes forty pieces including sculptures, installations, drawings and photographs, taken between 1986 and 1996.

Fundació Suñol presents a monographic exhibition by the catalan artist Joan Rom, from 2nd October to 25th January. A collection of 40 pieces made between 1986 and 1996, that bring together all the artistic techniques used by Rom: sculptures, installations, drawings and photographs.

The exhibition, called “Joan Rom E.R.T.” shows the reinterpretation of the materials used (as rubber, wool, fabric or leather) to express the duality of matter.

Although it’s been 10 years since the artist came last in a workshop, Joan Rom says he has never left the art world, which is now spectator.
