Ferran Adrià and Food Photography

The prestigious and innovative chef will participate in the Colloquium on the Evolution of Food Photography at the Palau Robert.

Ferran Adrià, the main figure of one of the exhibition that can be visited at the Palau Robert, will speak at the Colloquium “The Evolution of Food Photography and Future Expectations”, on January 18th, at 19:00, at the Sala Cotxeres of the Palau Robert.

The colloquium will be moderated by Joan Roig, photographer and president of the Association of Professional Photographers, and it will feature specialised food photographers such as Francesc Guillament and Xavier Galí. The general director of “Atenció Ciutadana i Difusió”, Ignasi Genovès, will also be attending.

This will be one of the events organised under the name “Retrobaments en el Palau Robert”, coinciding with the exhibit “20 Years of LUX Prizes. A Gaze at Professional Photography”, that will be open until April 28th.

Later, there will we another colloquium to talk about Advertising Photography and Fashion Photography.
