Sant Jordi with Estrellas Michelin at Monument Hotel
Martín Berasategui celebrates the book and rose day with an special menu at Oria restaurant of the new 5* Gran Lujo at Paseo de Gracia.
This year, the new Monument Hotel celebrates its first Sant Jordi with a succulent gastronomic suggestion that will delight the palates of its guests and visitors for the emotive and traditional festive day.
The Oria restaurant, the seven chef star Michelin Martín Berasategui will offer an attractive menu with a glass of rose cava, three starters to choose, a main dish to select from meat or fish and two options of chocolate to pick as a dessert. This special menu, available also in the dinner service, will be served at a fixed price of 45 euros and drinks are not included. All menus and service will be accompanied by the traditional Sant Jordi bread and will finish with a few red chocolate with roses flavor or a financier of caramelized roses.
After lunch or dinner or even to relax after visiting the books and roses stands, the suggestion that provides the new 5* Gran Lujo of Paseo de Gracia is to relax in the cocktail bar Hall0 with Drac Essence cocktail that Javier de las Muelas created especially for Sant Jordi with strawberries, Campari, Vermouth rosso, vodka and pineapple and lemon juice.
In addition to the excellent list of exclusive services offered by the hotel, Monument Hotel will surprise guests with a rose for women as well as macaroni with Ganache of rosewater and a recipe book of Martín Berasategui signed in all rooms.
