We already told you last week in Images to raise awareness in the world. Barcelona has been enjoying World Press Photo 2011, a traveling exhibition of 170 photographs which includes the winning photos of the prestigious international photojournalism award.
Under the slogan Seeing is believing, Photographic Social Vision, organiser of the exhibition, invites visitors to think about the importance and the role of documentary photography today in a world of manipulated images and messages.
The last edition gathered 35,400 visitors and this year’s edition is expected to exceed the number. So that you don’t miss the chance to go, we’re inviting you to take part in our contest.
Passeigdegracia.com is giving away, courtesy of Photographic Social Vision, 2 pairs of tickets to attend the exhibition which will run until December 23rd. To enter the draw and win a pair of tickets just do as follows:
Twitter Followers: 1 set of two tickets
We will chose a winner from all the people that retweeted our tweet about the exhibition.
Facebook Fans: 1 set of two tickets
We will chose from all the people who tag themselves with their name on the photo of the official poster of the exhibition posted on our Facebook page.
The deadline to participate in the draw will be on December 9th at 12:00 and we will announce the winners an hour later on our Facebook and Twitter pages.
Good luck everybody!
