World Press Photo 2014
The most important photojournalism exhibition of the world, the World Press Photo, will take place at CCCB until the 8th December.
Under the title “10 years bringing to you the best photojournalism”, CCCB will host de photojournalism exhibition until 8th December. We will be able to see the 130 photographies selected by the World Press Photo 2014 award, including the winner of the contest: a photography that shows a group of African immigrants that try to gent coverage on their mobiles done by John Stanmeyer.
Over 5.700 photojournalist from 132 different countries have participated on the World Press Photo international contest. And now we can enjoy the best ones in a great exhibition that every years gets more and more visitors (over 41.000 visitors last year).
One of the main objectives of this exhibition is to recover the value of photojournalism and denounce international and domestic conflicts.
